Bespoke Printing

Here at Nuwave Display we can make bespoke banners, flags or fabrics with your company logo, message, pictures or corporate branding to your exact size and design requirements. Printed in full colour digital print onto either 110gsm flag fabric or 220gsm display fabric, they can be hemmed or eyeleted, have specific flag fixings fitted, or made with a sleeve exactly to your requirements. If you have an existing flag pole we can make a flag single-sided or double-sided with eyelets or fixings to your specification, please just ask.

Branding a room, an event or an occasion can make a big difference to how your company is perceived; in many instances a bespoke product is the answer.

Nuwave Display bespoke flags and fabrics are:

  1. Printed in full colour digital print onto either 220gsm knitted polyester or 110gsm flag fabric, both are exceptionally resilient and flame retardant.
  2. Made to your exact size and design requirements.
  3. Can be hemmed on all four sides, or not at all!.
  4. Can have eyelets.
  5. Can have a sleeve across the top, the choice is yours!
  6. Available to order as a single item or in large quantities at a discounted rate.
  1. A bespoke printed flag or fabric is exactly that, an item made to measure for a particular event or situation, so you can be guaranteed that it will fit, it is not off the shelf and ‘might’ fit.
  2. Creates a professional branded image for any company, that will attract attention and create an outstanding impression.
  3. Printed onto high quality display fabric or flag fabric your bespoke printed item will last for years.
  4. With years of experience making bespoke items for clients, Nuwave Display can offer help and guidance with ‘what will work’ with reference to bespoke items.  Just ask us for help.
  5. At Nuwave we make all our products in house, and only need a 5 working day lead-time, so you don’t need to wait for ages for your bespoke item.
  1. A bespoke product is generally made for a particular event or situation. It is entirely up to you how you use your bespoke products. It may be a bespoke flag fabric to fit an existing flag pole, or a wall hanging to exactly fit a space on a wall, a new car drape at a motorsport launch, a backdrop for an interview, specific site branding or even bespoke hand held waving flags at a football match, the possibilities are potentially endless...
  1. What is a bespoke product?
    A bespoke product is one that is made especially to a size and design, it is made-to-measure or custom-made.
  2. What is the maximum size for a bespoke product?
    A bespoke fabric product can be made to whatever size you require, but you must bear in mind that for large products there will be a discreet seam where two pieces of fabric are joined together.
  3. Can I have hems and eyelets?
    Yes, the bespoke fabric will be made to your exact requirements.
  4. Is it possible to have the print on both sides of my bespoke item?
    Yes it is perfectly possible. We sew a blockout liner in between the two fabrics so that no shadows can be seen from one side to the other.

Due to the nature of bespoke items, we do not sell these online. Make a note of the product size and specification you think you require and send us an email or give us call on 01748 834850 to discuss the possibilities we offer.

  1. Design your own artwork to your specific size requirements. We can print directly from most vectored or high resolution formats; see our Artwork Requirements tab also on the right. Once you have designed your artwork, upload it using the Upload Artwork tab below or send by email to artwork@nuwavedisplay.com if small enough.
  2. We appreciate that not everyone can design their own layouts so we are more than happy to help layout your artwork for you. For all orders over £100 we offer a simple service free of charge. For orders under £100 we charge £20 which covers 45 minutes of studio time. In any case, where design requirements need more time or need more expert input we will quote before embarking upon the request. In order for us to proceed once you have ordered, please send your logo(s) and design brief by email to artwork@nuwavedisplay.com or use the Upload Artwork tab below where files are too large to email.
