1. What sort of print is being offered?
   Providers of printed gazebos tend to either offer canopies and walls in stock colours upon which can be applied printed vinyl or more rarely a bespoke all over digital print; the service that we offer at Nuwave. The former places restrictions on colour, size, position and design of the print. The latter allows full colour matching and no restrictions on size or position or design.
2. What sort of guarantees are being offered?
   At Nuwave we offer up to two years manufacturers guarantee and a full range of spares should anything go wrong.
3. Canopies and walls can get damaged. Does your supplier have in house finishing facilities?
   At Nuwave our skilled sewers provide a dependable repair service should any unforeseen accidents occur.
4. How much help are you being offered on design and artwork?
   This can be a daunting prospect for some buyers. Particularly on Gazebos there are so many possibilities and variables for print and design that left unsupported it can make what looked like a cheap gazebo turn into a very expensive and time consuming purchase and very possibly one with a lesser impact to boot. At Nuwave it is a fundamental part of our philosophy to support clients through every stage of the process, and support on artwork and design is a key part of that philosophy.
5. How much help and advice are you being offered to make sure you get the right solution for your needs?
   Your needs can be varied and the solutions available can be many. The cheapest solution may not be the best solution for you or conversely a more expensive one may not be the most appropriate one either. The best suppliers offer the best advice to ensure that you get the best solution for you and at Nuwave we pride ourselves on providing the best, most dispassionate advice possible.

1. What are Custom Printed Gazebos?
   Often called popup marquees or popup gazebos, Nuwave Custom printed marquees feature a frame that concertinas together that makes put up and take down simple and straight forward.
2. What sizes do you make?
   Our standard sizes our 3mx3m or 4.5mx3m, however we can supply frames and printed canopies and walls to match from sizes as small as 1.5mx1.5m to 8mx4m! It is also possible to join several frames together to form a longer run.
3. What Media are they printed on?
   We print onto 600dernier pu coated, water resistant knitted polyester.
4. Is it possible to have the print on both sides of the walls?
   Yes it is perfectly possible. We sew a blockout liner in between the two prints so that no shadows can be seen from one side to the other.
5. Do you have to buy all 4 walls or can you have just one or two say?
   You can buy as many or as few walls as you require. You can have some printed and some blank. It is entirely up to you.
6. Is the media certified flame retardant?
   Yes.
7. What is the main difference between the various grades?
   The main difference is the strength of the frame. What is best for you depends on the use that you are going to put it to. Call us to discuss what is best for you.
8. What is your standard leadtime for printed gazebos?
   Gazebo canopies and walls take a good deal more time to print and make than most of our products so we quote 10 days as a standard leadtime for this product.

We will make the process of ordering and designing the artwork for your gazebo as quick and simple as it can possibly be.

1. Once you have decided which size of Popup Gazebo works best for you, we will provide you with the relevant design template for you to design your own artwork. We can print directly from most vectored or high resolution formats; full details of our artwork requirements are available on the Upload Artwork page which can be accessed via the tab below. Once you have designed your artwork on our template, upload it using the Upload Artwork page or send by email to artwork@nuwavedisplay.com if small enough.
2. We appreciate that not everyone can design their own layouts so we are more than happy to help layout your artwork for you. For all orders over £100 we offer a simple service free of charge. For orders under £100 we charge £20 which covers 45 minutes of studio time. In any case, where design requirements need more time or need more expert input we will quote before embarking upon the request. In order for us to proceed once you have ordered, please send your logo(s) and design brief by email to artwork@nuwavedisplay.com or use the Upload Artwork tab below where files are too large to email.
