Made from recycled rubber, the heavy base is approx 25kg and when used in conjunction with the 90 degree Mount, provides a stable flag base for most outdoor situations. All but indestructible so suitable for permanent locations. Extra bases or pads can be fitted on top to give extra ballast where it is thought necessary.
