The water filled base holds 20 litres of water or sand. Can be supplied with or without the 90 degree mount. Suitable for stacking when extra ballast is required. Made from high density polyethylene and features handle for ease of use.
When filled with water, will weigh 20kg and when filled with sand approx 45kg.
