Straight Stretch Fabric Displays

Formulate fabric displays are lightweight aluminium structures covered with a tensioned fabric graphic that fits snugly around the frame. The displays are available in a whole host of shapes and sizes for various different uses; the straight walls are an excellent way to to create a backdrop at an exhibition or for a display, and are available up to 6m in length and with single or double-sided print.

Each frame is lightweight but strong, made from a 32mm diameter aluminium framework, that push-fits together, making the kit easy to assemble and very portable. Attaching the graphics is an incredibly simple process – the fabric graphic slides effortlessly over the framework and zips closed.  Both the structure and the fabric can be packed away into a carry bag, perfect for easy transportation and storage.

The graphics are very easy to care for, after use simply zip them closed, fold neatly and place into the bag.  If the graphics do get dirty during use they can be washed.  Graphics can be printed front and back, if on the front only, the back is plain white, and additionally if your logo/message changes new graphics can be supplied for future events or promotions.

Assembly of the frame is simple, just match up the relevant pieces, they are all labelled with symbols, and push-fit together.  Simple, easy to use, and lightweight.

1.   The Nuwave Formulate Fabric Display Systems are printed in full colour digital print onto ST140 stretch fabric.
2.   The Fomulate Fabric Displays offer a high quality, tensioned graphic which is crease free and seamless.
3.   Stands can be curved, straight, and various specialised shapes add interest.   
4,   The frames are easy to assemble, they are made from 32mm aluminium and easily push-fit together. The individual frame sections are matched using symbols, and are quick, simple and easy to assemble.

The Formulate Fabric tensioned banners are best used to create a very professional looking but good value backdrop or display at an exhibition, event, trade fair or wherever ease of use and portability of your stand are important.  

1.   How much help are you being offered on design and artwork?
This can be a daunting prospect for some buyers and when left unsupported can make what looked like a good value product turn into a very expensive and time consuming purchase.

2.   How much help and advice are you being offered to make sure you get the right solution for your needs?
Your needs can be varied and the solutions available can be many. The cheapest solution may not be the best solution for you or conversely a more expensive one may not be the most appropriate one either. The best suppliers offer the best advice to ensure that you get the best solution for you.

1. Are the Nuwave Formulate Fabric Displays freestanding?
Yes, all the systems are completely freestanding.

2. How are the graphics fixed to the frame?
The graphics are not 'fixed' to the frame, they are like a glove, and fit over the frame. Because the artwork is printed onto stretch fabric, the end result is a tensioned graphic which effortlessly fits in place and is finished with a discreet zip fastening.

3. Can the graphics be changed on Formulate Fabric Display system?
Yes, this is no problem, in fact it is very much a positive feature of this system.

4. What sort of lead-time do you offer?
Our standard lead-time is 5 working days.   We completely understand that sometimes things only happen at the last minute.  We will always accommodate quicker turnaround times where we can.
There are so many variations and possibilities with the Formulate Fabric Displays that you may not wish to order online. But if you do, please follows these guidelines:

    1.  Choose the style and size of frame you require.
    2.  Select how many you would like.
    3.  Add to basket.
    4.  Select if you require any accessories.
    5.  Add to basket.
    6.  Checkout to complete your purchase.
    7.  Select the relevant template to design your artwork.
    8.  Upload your artwork.
  1. Design your own artwork using our design templates; these will be sent to you once you know what size of display stand you require. We can print directly from most vectored or high resolution formats; read our full Artwork Guidelines tab also above. Once you have designed your artwork on our template, upload it using the Upload Artwork tab below or send by email to artwork@nuwavedisplay.com if small enough.
  2. We appreciate that not everyone can design their own layouts so we are more than happy to help layout your artwork for you. For all orders over £100 we offer a simple service free of charge. For orders under £100 we charge £20 which covers 45 minutes of studio time. In any case, where design requirements need more time or need more expert input we will quote before embarking upon the request. In order for us to proceed once you have ordered, please send your logo(s) and design brief by email to artwork@nuwavedisplay.com or use the Upload Artwork tab below where files are too large to email.

Portable Self Install exhibition stands available from Nuwave Display

One of our most popular types of portable self install exhibition stand is the Stretch Fabric Display stands. These are available as Curved Stretch Fabric Displays which are lightweight aluminium structures covered with a tensioned fabric graphic that fits snugly around the frame. The curved stands can be used to create a more interesting backdrop at an exhibition or a display for perhaps retail or in an office. Graphics can be printed front and back, and additionally if your logo/message changes new graphics can be supplied for future events or promotions. Assembly of the frame is simple, just match up the relevant pieces; they are all labelled with symbols, and push-fit together.  Simple, easy to use, and lightweight. Available in sizes from 2.4m up to 6m wide.

Also within this range is the Straight Stretch Fabric Displays. This is the same type of stand structure as the curved one, but straight. A great option to fit snug up against a shell scheme exhibition layout. The Stretch Fabric Counters available oval or rectangular in shape complement the stands and can also be branded to match.

Our range of SEG Fabric Popup Systems are lightweight and eye-catching, making for ideal exhibition displays. Silicone Edged Graphics (SEG) can be single or double sided and provide a crease free and seamless display. They combine the flatness and quality of a fabric frame system with the portability and ease of use of a popup stand system, giving far better flatness and quality than a traditional system that uses velcro. And also, frames can be backlit internally or front lit with spots attached.

The Magnetic Popup Display Stands have a high strength mechanical locking stand, with clip on magnetic bars for real structural rigidity with graphics easily attaching to the frame. Straight or curved stands can be seamlessly joined together to form a system of almost limitless size and configuration. Accessories include spotlights, stabilising feet and a deluxe carry case that can easily be adapted to a branded wooden counter top. The D4 Connect System is one of the best looking display systems on the market. Made from a sturdy laser-cut steel baseplate into which two aluminium masts are inserted which then support the banner(s).  Easily collapsible and very portable creating a very stylish backwall, with lots of accessories available.

Finally the Twist Display System is a unique system that is flexible enough that individual panels can be used as stand alone banners like roller banners, or they can be fitted seamlessly together to form a display stand with far more flexibility than a traditional popup exhibition stand. Unique stands and structures can be created with a wide range of accessories including LCD screens, literature product display shelves, branded counters and of course lights.
