PVC Banner

Nuwave PVC Banners are:

1. Printed onto ripstop 450g PVC.

Nuwave mesh PVC banners are:

1.    Printed onto 325gsm mesh PVC, this is a perforated PVC, so some wind passes through.  Particularly suitable for windy locations.

2.    They can be supplied hemmed or unhemmed.

3.    Bespoke printed onto white media.

4.    Any size can be produced.

Nuwave PVC and mesh Banners are:

1. Printed onto ripstop 450gsm PVC or 325gsm mesh PVC, both are so tough and resilient even when not hemmed.
2. Can be either made with hems and eyelets, or without.
3. The mesh PVC banners are perforated and allow the wind to pass through and are particularly suitable for windy locations. See also Fencing Scrim for the larger mesh banners commonly seen on building sites.
4. Bespoke printed onto white media so no restrictions on colour, print or design.
5. No size restriction since PVC can be seamlessly welded together to make any size that you want.

1. PVC and mesh PVC banners are a good value way to get your message 'out there'.
2. The PVC banners are perhaps best where there is a suitable wall or back to attach them to. Mesh PVC banners can be fixed to a gate or fence or even scaffolding round a building site, both can give years of high impact service.

1. Is the media you are being offered ripstop?
   If not it is far more likely to tear in the wind.
2. Are the banners you are being offered hemmed?
   If not, they are far more likely to tear in the wind.
3. How much help are you being offered on design and artwork?
   This can be a daunting prospect for some buyers and when left unsupported can make what looked like a good value banner turn into a very expensive and time consuming purchase.
4. How much help and advice are you being offered to make sure you get the right solution for your needs?
   Your needs can be varied and the solutions available can be many. The cheapest solution may not be the best solution for you or conversely a more expensive one may not be the most appropriate one either. The best suppliers offer the best advice to ensure that you get the best solution for you.

1. How scratch resistant is your print?
   At Nuwave we use solvent print, which unlike UV prints, is very scratch and scuff resistant and needs no lamination etc.
2. Is there a restriction on size?
   No. PVC can be welded together seamlessly to provide banners of a size that are restricted only by the ability to handle them.
3. Is it important to hem the banners?
   We print all our banners onto ripstop PVC or 325gsm mesh PVC, so hemming is not strictly necessary, BUT it does add extra strength and gives peace of mind. If we were not using such high quality PVC, hemming would be absolutely critical to the longevity of the banner.
4. Is your PVC Flame Retardant?
   Yes.

1. Choose the width and height of banner you require.
2. From the Finish drop down menu, select if you would like 450gsm PVC or 325gsm mesh PVC and if you require the banner hemmed.

6. Normally for PVC banners, the size is a standard rectangle, so create your artwork to the required size and upload it using the Upload Artwork page. If you need any assistance with your artwork, please feel free to give us a call, we are here to help.

1. Design your artwork to the relevant size of PVC banner you require. We can print directly from most vectored or high resolution formats; see our guidance notes on the Upload Artwork page accessed via the tab below. Please allow a 25mm bleed on each side of the banner if you require a hem. Once you have designed your artwork, upload it using the Upload Artwork tab or send by email to artwork@nuwavedisplay.com if small enough.
2. We appreciate that not everyone can design their own layouts so we are more than happy to help layout your artwork for you. For all orders over £100 we offer a simple service free of charge. For orders under £100 we charge £20 which covers 45 minutes of studio time. In any case, where design requirements need more time or need more expert input we will quote before embarking upon the request. In order for us to proceed once you have ordered, please send your logo(s) and design brief by email to artwork@nuwavedisplay.com or use the Upload Artwork tab below where files are too large to email.
